Objects and Play: The work of Thomas Forsyth
Thomas Forsyth is a recent graduate from the WMCP course at Brighton University. Tom's recent work has been an exploration between rule-bound and spontaneous forms of play. For his degree show we decided to make a book together, compiling his year's work. We created a batch of 20 hand-sewn books that he could give out at the exhibition.

For the bookcovers we decided to use the Drawing Tops which were featured in the book. Using the tops we made a set of original drawings onto brightly coloured paper. These were then cut up and used for the covers, making each book unique.
